The entire process from start to finish took around 3 months. I ended up with 2 ounces of Golden Teachers dried. I am sure that there are many places where I can make improvements to improve my yield and I would be glad to receive any criticism in the comments.

14 days in and no pins in monotub. Golden teacher grown on popcorn jars in a coir and vermiculite substrate. Substrate was fully colonized on day 10, but had a lot of arial mycelium. I went ahead and put it into fruiting, put polyfill in top two holes loosely and tightly in the bottom four. Hygrometer says 100% humidity.
